They say it takes a village to raise a child. Our expanded leadership team will help us solidify our foundation while we expand our offerings to our members. As our active membership has grown, so too have the requests. We recognize the many hurdles our members are facing, and we want to continue to give them the tools they need to innovate and compete in an industry that continues to be challenging.
This includes year-round programming on business practices and photography skills. Mentorships to ensure that generational knowledge on ethics and sensitivity gets passed on to the next generation of storytellers. We’d also like to provide grants. Many of our members are working on important personal projects that need to be told, and we would love to help them get their projects off the ground and into the headlines.
We continually seek new and creative ways to connect with our fellow leaders, supporters, and product manufacturers, providing maximum value to all parties involved. Together, we can create positive change that not only impacts our community but also the world we live in.
