As we celebrate AAPI Heritage Month, we are officially announcing

2nd annual  Corky Lee/Dith Pran Asian American Photo Contest sponsored by Think Tank Photo.

The Asian American Journalists Association (AAJA) Photojournalists Affinity Group (PAG) wishes to honor two of our members who passed on too early, but left an indelible mark on the world of photojournalism.

We invite AAJA members and non-members to submit images taken between January 1 - May 31, 2026, during Asian American Pacific Islander month that embody our diverse cultures and celebrate and amplify the Asian American experience.

Deadline: Please submit your photo(s) by June 2, 2026, 11:59 p.m. ET Full details below.

The first-place winner will receive free registration to attend the AAJA National Convention in Minneapolis, MN, June 24-27, 2026. Travel expenses are the responsibility of the Winner. Plus, first, second, and third place winners will each receive a Think Tank camera bag to be announced later.
